Depending upon the type of customized engagement, we offer a flat rate or an hourly rate. In particular, Executive Coaching Engagements are provided at a flat rate to develop an Individualized Coaching Action Plan (ICAP) together. We keep detailed records of the time and resources spent on your engagement. Integrity is an important value that we possess, and we will only work on an engagement for as long as required. Our invoices for services will include appropriate detail about the cost of services, travel and necessary administrative activities. Director rates start at $500 per hour. All rates vary based upon the complexity and economic value of the customized engagement.
Retainers for all services must be paid upfront prior to the start of work.
