The ICAP developed through our process empowers our clients to more effectively engage others, maximize their contributions, and chart a more realistic course forward in their lives based upon the key actions and behaviors that drive tangible positive results. Once the ICAP is provided, clients may choose to retain our Executive Coaching services as they implement their plans.  Given the time invested together to develop the ICAP, the future Executive Coaching sessions are valuable, efficient and targeted.
